"This place is horribly disastrous. I felt like I was in a hospital room falling apart. The bed felt the springs all night, and my husband fell out of bed when he sat on the edge because the bed is on a small base and the mattress is in the air, a bed that is not at all comfortable, the bathroom was horrible, I felt like I was in the horrible hospital. In addition, you have to leave a deposit of $100 and they are delivered until 11:00am, not before, and I had an appointment at that time, 3 hours away, so I had to cancel and change my appointment. For me and my husband it was a horrible experience. I do NOT recommend it at all. I'm not coming back to this place."
"This is a hidden gem in Carlsbad. It has everything you want clean rooms, showers, bathtubs, clean towels, refrigerators, tolietries, and a quiet place to stay. Also free parking. I only had a slow drain in my bathroom sink. I'm hoping that gets fixed."
"DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s a dump. Beds were so soft and uncomfortable, you would slide off and sink in. Room smelled like cigarettes even though I specifically asked for Non smoking. Room was not clean. Had spider webs all around the window. There were spiders all around window, killed a few. Bathtub was in bad condition. I paid about $200 -way over priced for what I got. Had no fridge, microwave or even a closet! Felt like a cheap motel 6 experience! And deposit wasn’t returned!"
"Worst place ever. Got into the room, and it was just just dirty. The bedside table had water damage, and the bathroom was horrible. The shower was just bad, and the tile was barely even cleaned. Checked in and started to look for another hotel. It was bad. I had 3 adults and 1 child with me, and the beds were small. They looked smaller than a full bed size. 27 minutes later, my family and I left and got into another hotel with no problem."
"I came a month and a half ago. Booked online a “deluxe 2 bed room” which should include fridge and microwave. Checked in only to be told I was checking into a standard room. That didn’t make sense. The guy told me he’d upgrade me for like 18 more dollars. I did it. Fast forward today I booked online yesterday. Called to make sure it was the right room only to drive up here to be told I was checking into a single bed. I have 2 children and it’s 2 adults . There’s no way we can make that work … there’s mold in my room , the toilet has pee on the side … and across from my room is 133 vacant and with two beds inside . How are you going to lie to my face and say there’s no more vacancies and that you are booked when I see soo many rooms vacant. Single bed rooms with actual fridge inside and you put me in a single bed no fridge? Not even to accommodate. The disrespect was surreal … worst of all there’s not enough ice to fill a bag and try and save some groceries … not to mention they have a fridge connected next to the vending machines w waters inside :,) "
