"Extremely poor customer service. Especially not willing to reset appointment if hair isn’t long enough and saying you’ll book it as a consultation? Why? So I can spend $40 from Appleton to Green Bay and back, TWICE, on gas? The fact that I was even willing to come to Green Bay to get my hair done because you had good reviews kinda upsets me, because you completely knocked off the whole four stars when I got an attitude consistently over me trying to avoid TWO not 1 but TWO!!! trips to Green Bay, there and back. Very disappointed, seems more like a scam to me to require $25 deposits and not give refunds, especially if you can’t get something done until god knows how later on. EDIT: It’s crazy the owner can’t take accountability for their own behavior and yet turns it around on the customer, which seems to be a common occurrence, especially with her negative reviews. Don’t worry, I’d rather not book with someone that clearly can blame everyone else and point fingers at others and thinks they are always in the right. There’s no “different names.” I’m sorry I don’t want my full name blasted on google reviews you weirdo. Good luck to you, I hope your attitude improves because lord help others that have to deal with it, if it doesn’t."
