And bonus, the chairs that you sit in when getting your hair shampooed have massagers built in"

"As a young college student/ new Mom I was so excited for my experience at Icon Salon with Taylor. While Taylor was nice enough and did a good job on my color and cut the experience was SO painful. I was almost in tears multiple times while she was teasing my hair and then during the washing process. My favorite part usually is having my hair washed out as it's normally so relaxing. This time, I just could not wait for it to be over and wanted to ask her to just stop touching my hair multiple times. I was hoping my body language/face would convey how much pain I was in but if it did she didn't seem to notice. I'm really sad I paid so much of my hard earned money that I saved up for this hair appointment just to leave less relaxed and in physical pain. It's been a few hours since my appointment ended and it still hurts to touch my head. She seemed in such a rush the entire appointment, and I think that contributed a lot to how fast she was going and the fact she never checked in or seemed to notice how rough she was being. I'll be looking for a different salon for next time."
