"Well in the room#108 that I was staying in the bedsheets were dirty including the pillows covers you can see stains all over them I have to take them off. Besides that the room was good and the price as well."

"This place is filthy!! My room smelled like old urine. That carpet was old and dirty, the towels were dirty with hair and the t.v was old and static. The manager had a horrible rude attitude because I guess I wasn’t supposed to ask for a better room. So I got my money back and got the hell outta that dump! Went down the street to San Jacinto inn. It was a lot better"

"Cheapest motel in San Jacinto, CA. I would've given a 5 star rating if there were an outlet in the bathroom and if coffee was provided. Other than that it's a clean, decent, quit place to relax."

"**ZERO STARS ZERO Stars. ZERO STARRS** Advertises in the pet friendly hotel arena and let me tell you they , ARE NOT ... They are not pet friendly, we didn't even get out of the car when some man went in the office and walked out being followed by a woman who immediately s began shooting my 15 lbs service dog away yelling at us ,'No pets No pets' in her thick accent I had hard time understanding her but we knew what she meant. We ended up with a grand room at the Travel Lodge. for less money and nicer looking in general. Way friendlier staff . Then they tried to run out charge card used to hold the room. We didn't even leave our car!!!!! Hacienda Hotel SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED and not in a good way either."
