"8months and no issues so far. The complex is really small and quiet which is a plus. You don't have to worry about loud music or people just hanging out. Everyone that lives here has a family and minds there own business. It's definitely a safe neighborhood for kids which makes it a plus"

"overall i didn't enjoy my experience too much at this place. I think the maintenance requests weren't done in a timely manner. Too many pipe leaks and closet malfunctions in the year i rented. i heard management has improved over the past year but while i was there 2 years ago, it was quite unsatisfactory. i don't recommend this property for your family."

"Ill start out by saying that the location is really great. It's not on the main street, but is close enough that I don't feel too far away from the shops and grocery stores. The other thing I think is awesome is how big these places are. I have rented alot in my life, and these are some of the nicer/newer buildings in the area. In fact I think the 3 or 4 communities that are all around here are all newer, and it makes me feel a bit more pride about inviting my friends around. The manager is really nice, and they are quick to respond to my needs - although there weren't that many things that went wrong. Overall this place is great Nice location, new buildings that are kept up well, clean landscaping...etc. Just live here!!"

"I've been living here for 3 years now. The place is great! Not really fond of the manager though, I hardly ever see the office open. The location though was the best fit for my office and I'm hoping to stay here for a bit longer. About 10 minutes from downtown so the commute is easy."
