"Went in to check an oil leak and charged me over $1,000 to “fix” it but car was still leaking oil and won’t redo their mistake. I would be careful and make sure they do an oil diagnostic if you have this issue and apparently I “declined” it but was never told about it."

"My oil change took less than an hour. Unfortunately, when I drove for more than a few minutes, I discovered my A/C was blocked, despite working fine in the morning. I called them, stopped on my way home, and they fixed it in 20 minutes (something in the cabin filter was causing it). They were polite and kind and listened when I explained the problem, then prioritized fixing it. I don't expect humans to be perfect, just willing to fix issues they create, and these guys did a FANTASTIC job with that!"

They sent me a text during the servicing to update me on what they were finding and then they summarized everything for me again when they were done. I was very pleased start to finish."
