"I got an amazing haircut from Serena. It was my first time in and I was doing a major change, about 8 inches of length cut off. She walked me through everything she was doing, what I would do to maintain the style she was doing, what I could do to style differently, any upkeep she thought it might need. She was so knowledgeable and caring and so funny! Right away I felt like I knew her forever. And she did an amazing job. I’m loving my new cut and will absolutely go back."
