"I wish I could give negative stars. Our hair stylist Bobbie was one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting and I hope she is soon fired. She ignored us the whole time. Eating snacks while cutting my hair treating me as if I was not even there complaining about how bad corporate was. I left no tip since my service was sub par and she proceeded to chase me out of the store yelling not to come back. I recomend you stay far away from this location and I will never be returning to any greatclips location."

"Hit or Miss Haircuts First haircut I got here was SO well done. The hairdresser took their time, asked me lots of questions and the cut was perfect. I have not seen that hairdresser since, i hope they took their talents elsewhere because they had skills. (This is the only reason it’s not 0 stars) The last two haircuts at this location have been terrible. Today my hairdresser trimmed my EYEBROWS WITHOUT ASKING and cut my sideburns all the way off WITHOUT ASKING where I wanted them. Also, the sideburns weren’t cut cleanly, were uneven on either side, and I am covered in hair clippings because brushing off afterwards is too much to ask I guess. The crooked sideburns are so high and poorly done (see photos) I’ll have to shave when I get home to clean up their mess. The whole cut took 10 minutes, which is a small hint that they are rushing near the end of a business day and don’t care about quality. I know it’s a “cheap” haircut, but $18+tip should be worth more than this. I’m heading to a proper barber for my next haircut and that might be tonight to clean up this mess."
