"I went to Nordstrom rack ,walked in went to fitting room and ask for assistance in the shoe section. The idiot in the fitting room calls someone on the microphone and some man needs help. Ok some man ? So someone shows up right away it was 4:05 pm, I told her what I want and she said we don't have it. So I asked what about on line , she said let me look . I waited 4:40PM she never came back. I ask for a MGr on duty . It was like I ask for a MILLION DOLLARS. WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION. YET ON THE OTHER HAN IN Beverly Hills and LA cinaga center , at The rack u get help right away ."

"Our favorite movie theater...the best popcorn and icee's are refillable. The snacks are pricey but worth it for free refills. Customer service outstanding. Clean restrooms and never so far any bad encounters"
