"I don't trust Moira Kraft, her skills (or lack thereof) as a dentist, or her poor attitude. I have based this entire opinion on my experiences with her. During the appointment she constantly spoke with her assistant about her personal life, sharing every detail, and she was unfocused and flighty, haphazardly drilling, seeming to not care about what she was doing. I recall thinking I hope she knows what she is doing. She damaged my teeth so badly two needed to be removed, according to the specialists and doctors/dentists that I ended up needing to see. Also, if you go to her and simply say you're in pain, she shuts down the conversation, which now I believe is to cover up for her incompetence. With my missing teeth, I am unable to speak properly and unable to chew food, most things I can no longer eat. One tooth she drilled into the nerve, which from what I can gather is also the pulp of the tooth, killing it, then denied it should be hurting. The tooth disintegrated and started disintegrating my jawbone, caused a terrible infection and abscess. It is a front molar so it is noticeable when I try to smile. The pain also didn't subside for 6 months after the tooth removal, after years of pain when she drilled into the nerve. The other, she took a 20 min. phone call in the middle of the appt. and the numbing had worn off which caused a huge amount of pain. I told her this and she ignored me. After the phone call she came back to the room angry and rushed. I just feel it is very unprofessional to take long phone calls in the middle of appts. It didn't feel like the filling was finished and within the coming weeks and months pieces were falling off causing a lot of pain. I told her this a few months after the filling and she said that it looked fine to her, no reason for the pain, so she shut down many conversations about the pain after the dental work she did. When I found another dentist the tooth was so badly fractured from not having a good filling and the tooth being vulnerable from missing parts of the filling, it needed to be removed. Please stay away from Moira Kraft. I didn't find her to be an engaging and focused dentist, I was given the impression that she doesn't even like what she does, given her bad moods and poor dental work. This has cost thousands of dollars and will cost thousands of more dollars to have dental implants inserted and more surgeries and pain. Not only did I find her to have a complete lack of skills, I found her to have a complete lack of empathy and humanity about this to another human being as well as a lack of consideration toward HER work SHE did on my teeth. She ruined my teeth, which affected every aspect of my health and well-being, and she may do the same to you."
