"I had my first appointment at De Pere Smiles and my overall experience was wonderful. The front desk staff was kind, Dr. Chris and Dr. Maggie were great, and my hygienist was awesome! Dr. Chris evaluated my baby for a tongue tie, which was nice of him to do. He also checked out my teeth. He was personable, informative and professional. Dr. Maggie wasn’t even the doctor that checked my teeth and she still stopped to meet me and say hi. She was easy to talk to and incredibly kind. The fact that she took the time out of her day to say hi was so sweet of her. Kaitlyn was my hygienist. She was amazing! She took x-rays and put them up on the screen and went through them with me. I’ve been going to the dentist for over 20 years and have never seen an x-ray of my teeth until then. She educated me throughout the appointment, was professional, kind, and so easy to talk to. She was young but you’d think she’s been doing what she does for 20 years. She was easily the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. I was truly impressed and she should be very proud of herself for all she’s done to get to where she is today. Go Kaitlyn! Thank you to everyone at De Pere Smiles for a remarkable experience!"

"I was greeted with smiles and a warm hello. The check in was swift and without incident. As for the dental staff. They are just as friendly and knowledgeable as one would expect. All my questions were answered appropriately. All the procedures were explained so I could understand what they were doing and the expectations"

"Excellent first visit. They let you know what they’re doing step by step and keep you informed throughout the entire appointment. One of the procedures they needed to do needed insurance clearance, and instead of just doing it and charging me for it by surprise at the end of the visit, they let me know the cost and advised they would reach out to my insurance to see if it was covered but may take some time. I am happy to wait. Dr. Maggie was excellent and very thorough in her exam. My hygienist (so sorry I forgot your name) was so kind and gentle. She really had a passion for her job. Thank you for the great experience. Can’t wait for my next visit."

She explained everything she was seeing throughout the cleaning, listened to my concerns and was able to provide some awesome recommendations. I have never had a bad experience at De Pere smiles but I will be asking for her at my next cleaning!"

"First and foremost, thank you to the staff! Hands down, will be my biggest recommendation to anyone. We went in for a consult for a lip/tongue tie. I felt very informed. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. The staff went as far as asking about my breastfeeding experience with my daughter, whom was not the one there for an appointment (this spoke volumes to me, obviously showing they care about her too). I opted to go ahead with my sons ties being released, was very quick. Doctor Peterson showed us exercises. Was given lots of information from the lactation consultant, whom was very informative and helpful about tips. We will absolutely be back after our son heals to get our daughter taken care of."
