"Advertised as a cost effective stay close to Disney's parks. IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY. The exterior of the building looks like it's falling apart and guard rails for the second floor are breaking their own foundation. Parking is minimal at best, couldn't find a single spot for the one night we stayed. Rooms look as if they haven't been renovated since the 60's-70's. Not a single accessible outlet in the entire room had to resort to charging our phones in the bathroom outlets meant for hair dryers. Beds are cheap and stiff. After a 16 hour day of walking at Disney's parks this is not the place you want to stay to get any amount of relaxing rest. Forgot to mention our room had toilet paper stuffed in the door's peep hole. This was probably a red flag and should've told us everything we needed to know"
"Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room was disgusting, dirty, gross. Towels had all kinds of stains all over them, we had just throw them all on the floor. We tried to find another hotel in the area to not have to stay there, unfortunately everything was sold out for the night, and we were forced to stay. The walls had weird stains on them. The beds had hair all over them when we first got in. The room was very stuffy and had a slight smell to it and the AC did not work. We had trouble even finding our room due to no labels of room numbers on the doors, we even had to help different guests that we were hearing through the door having trouble finding their rooms because a majority of the doors had no label on it. Walls were paper thin to where we were able to hear people next-door, urinating and farting, this is a huge invasion of privacy to guests. The walls had holes in them and were plastered with different colors than what the door actually was. I understand that they are under construction but if they had no clean and ready available rooms, they shouldn’t be making them available to be booked and just stayed shut down during their construction. We did not give a complaint due to us, being there only for one night had our booking been for more than one day we would’ve submitted a complaint. Even then how was a complaint supposed to be submitted if phone was not even connected. Next time I know if I can’t get my desired hotel for my full vacation I won’t be picking up a random hotel for the extra day needed. Especially this hotel."
"Located within a 15 minute walk to Micky and friends parking garage. Must request a hair dryer if needed. Rooms are reasonable. Plug ins are difficult to access with room design. Front desk service was great."
"Well, I can say that it’s a walkable distance to Disneyland, and when we requested extra towels they brought them right to our door. Unfortunately, that’s about it. We found a huge cockroach and multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The light fixtures were exposed, the shower did not drain… the only reason we stayed is because it was such a quick trip we did not have time to change motels. Would not recommend and would never stay again. 2nd worst motel I’ve ever stayed at."
"Although it was close to Disney and it initially looked nice and newly remodeled it turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The first room they put us in had a broken AC and lacked all utilities and when I brought this up to them they did put us in a different room, but the problems only got worse. The shower got clogged every time we used it, the bathroom had cracks in the walls where my fiancé and I saw cockroaches going in and out of as they pleased. The bed had broken legs so every time we laid on it, it felt like it was going to give out from underneath us (and we are smaller people) . As the trip went on we were eaten alive by bugs in our sleep and constantly were finding cockroaches around the room. The front desk claimed to be 24/7 but there were multiple instances where nobody was there and finally parking was extremely limited."
