"Lived at this property for almost 5 years. It was nice at first. After COVID pandemic it went downhill. Maintenance, keeping of the grounds, cleanliness was not adhered. None physically on the property was very annoying. Was not able to "speak" to anybody. All communication was through text only. Ask replies via text were automated."

"Nice location, same price as other nearby apartments but WHAT a disappointment! Did a self guided tour…the side where the apartment Im interested in was nothing like the pictures they show you. Maintenance is lacking on the outside. No one in their right mind would rent here for this price. Nothing is kept up. There’s dog poop and dead grass everywhere even the BBQ area was dirty and gross. No. I never made it inside a unit. We just left. Why? Because if they can’t maintain the common areas I’d hate to see how they maintain the inside. Hard pass. What a shame it’s a beautiful area."

"This is the worst tour I ever had. They send a lot of text messages and the passcode changes every time. There is no good map to take you to the place and you have to figure out where to go by yourself. The units are very hard to find and one of the hub is offline and I cannot even tour the unit! The customer service is even arguing that he did a pretty good job in assisting me when in fact that wasn’t the case. No professionalism."

"Be careful about this property. We decided to stay here for a brief time (2 and a half months) while we look for our permanent home. We moved from a different state recently, on the day of the move-in I noticed several broken shelves, the dishwasher doesn't work, and most of the bathroom sinks are clogged. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly. We decided to report it but there was no onsite staff, all you can do is text and hope someone will show up. The apartment is so poorly maintained that we had to call/text several times during our short stay for fixing the sink, dishwasher, Air conditioning, etc. Now comes the actual nightmare, we found our place and are ready to move out. We did the formalities, and the move-out inspection has been scheduled. The apartment is empty and we have professionally cleaned the apartment. The move-out inspection went fine, they didn't say anything about the apartment. Everything was clean and in the exact same condition as it was given to us. We knew from the very beginning it is our short stay and kept it in the same condition as it was given to us to avoid any additional charges. We were already paying premium fees for this short stay. However, the management charged us almost $1000 for cleanup and painting the 2 Bedroom apartment. After confronting them about why they are charging me for cleanup which we already did and painting which I don’t find the reason for they did not respond for 2 weeks. Every single response from them looks like comes from an auto-response machine. Doesn't address your concern, avoid it with the same old response. They don't respect your time/effort and hard-earned money. Such a nightmare experience with this management."
