Hotel 414 Anaheim

"This is a great little place! We stayed for 3 days when we went to Disneyland. It's definitely walking distance, but we ubered anyway and it was only a 4 minute ride. Owner is great and very accommodating. The rooms are decently sized and I thought the beds were pretty comfortable. I like a softer bed, and this was pretty close to what I like to sleep on. I'd say if you have a family of four, you would definitely have plenty of room. We were in California for a week and stayed at three different hotels around the Los Angeles area. This was the only place where housekeeping came to our room and made the beds, replaced the coffee, etc. The free parking is great, but do be aware there is no elevator. I really like the small feel and we will definitely stay here again if we go to Disneyland! Thanks again!"

"My poor experience with Hotel 414 started at booking. I needed to make a change to my reservation so I called several times, left an email and text message, and after nearly 24 hours, I finally reached someone that could help me. The promptness and responsiveness of their staff (or lack thereof) should have been my first red flag. The rooms lack many basic amenities. There is no secondary lock/latch on the door (the only lock is the deadbolt), no full-length mirror, no safe, no lock on the bathroom door, no shelves in the shower for toiletries, and only one towel hook (which is directly above the light switch so it gets covered by a towel). The walls had stains and markings and the light fixture in the restroom was rusted. The residential neighbors behind the property were very loud and the walls provided no buffer from their music. As two young girls staying here, we did not feel extremely safe in this location, especially at night. They do not have staff on property through the night and, even when there is front desk staff there, they lock the door to their office which made me feel as if the area was not safe. One of the advantages to this property is their parking area. Although it is small, it is not a garage and can comfortably fit a dually truck or camper van. The staff was willing to let us park their after checking out while we were at Disney which we really appreciated. Overall, I would not stay here again. It lacks far too many basic hotel features and the general vibe is pretty uncomfortable and unsettling."

"10 min walk from Disney. Super clean room, tons of towels and the shower is amazing! Nice to see an iron as well and heater was super toasty. Only one thing was no lock on bathroom door but other than that amazing stay, super easy and convenient! Starbucks and chevron within a minute walk. Couldn’t ask for more"

"Our absolute favorite place to stay for our Disney trips! Rooms are always clean and super spacious, it’s about a 15 min walk to Disney or a 3-5 min drive so location is great! But the main reason we keep coming back is the wonderful service the staff there provides. Any issues or questions we have, they are always extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff is friendly and are always quick to respond to any concerns we might have. We love this place, definitely recommend!"
