The Anaheim Hotel

"Stayed in a two queen room - Mar 1 to 8th, 2024 (Room 323) This was our First Time staying at The Anaheim Hotel and for what we needed and what we got - it was good. The rooms have not been updated in a while, the bathrooms could use a lot of work, the mini fridge was concerning because it almost tipped over out of the cabinet several times, some of the outlets didn't work or worked occasionally. But for what we needed it was good. A place to sleep after our days at the Disneyland Parks, somewhere to store our food from Target, there was a Microwave in the lobby across reception, Lobby Lemon Water, Fitness Center, Laundry only takes credit card which is annoying, Lobby Bar and Pizza Press next door which is surprisingly very good! Highly recommend. Breakfast was NOT included but can be purchased. Pool and Hot Tub which we didn't take advantage of because it was cold. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. If you're looking for a hotel for your next Disneyland Parks trip I recommend this one."

"We had an amazing experience here. Jonathan and Kristopher were spectacular in their service and attentiveness to our needs. Very close to Disney, great amenities, and affordable prices. The only hindrance we had really wasn’t the hotels fault. There were some other patrons here and they weren’t very considerate as they were very loud late into the night on their balcony. Literally had nothing to do with the hotel, just people being people. We will surely be staying again and happily recommended!"

"The rooms are not cleaned very well. We had a dinner reservation on the night of check in so we got into room late around 9pm. The bathroom was covered in hair. The tub had hair. The floor had hair. Even the back of the bathroom door had hair. I called down to front desk to let them know it needed to be cleaned the next day. We had a small kid with us and were not able to switch rooms that late at night the day before our first day in the park. The next day the room was "cleaned" but the hair was still there. We had friends also staying at this site and without prompting, told us they had the same problem in their room. The next day I tried using the iron and there was stuff melted to it. Good thing I checked before I put it on my shirt. There is also no microwave. Location is great and is only 5-10 min walk to park. The on site pizza place is good. I actually really liked the pizza and you can order ahead from the park which is a great option. So will I come back? I lean towards no. The hair grossed me out that much. It has outweighed all the positives for me. I don't expect palaces when we stay across the street from Disneyland. I know what I'm paying for. But they need to be clean."

"We recently stayed at the Anaheim Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel's location is a major highlight, offering convenient walking access to Disneyland, which greatly added to the ease and enjoyment of our trip. However, we did notice that the hotel is showing signs of age. Although it's apparent that efforts are being made to update and maintain the property, the cleanliness of our room left a bit to be desired. Despite this, we believe the location and the value for the price are unbeatable. We're looking forward to our next stay at the Anaheim Hotel and are excited to see the improvements they continue to make."

"We got a free upgrade by chance because we prepaid and they ran out of our room type, which was nice. We had a two king, small living room suite, which was great. Good location as we didn’t have many people around. If you like to sleep in you can hear when people slam their doors and leave for the park early in the morning, but not usually a super big problem like some of the other places nearby with thinner walls. Bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable. Shower was great! The close location to Disney was worth every penny (but then again I booked 3 months in advance). Also enjoyed the bar/ pizza place attached which had a large selection of beers/ drinks. Would definitely stay here again."
