"I wanted to share my great experience with Italia and Katlyn that I encounter during my stay here for Christmas as from the moment I walk in I was greeted right away from Italia and Katlyn. They were both so friendly, professional and helpful as that is hard to come by these days and with my long day of traveling to arrive at hotel I could of not of ask for a better greeting! They made me feel welcome and that they were glad that I choose to stay at there hotel. I highly recommend that anyone that is traveling to Orange or LA county to give them opportunity to earn your business as you will not be disappointed. "Be cautious about booking a stay here because of renovations. Very loud construction going on during the day. If you think you can get any work done in your hotel room, think again. The hotel smells musty and so do the rooms. My room was not cleaned properly. The toilet had piss stains and boogers on the bathroom wall. Everything at this hotel just seems very gross."

"I love stay at this hotel and I understand there renovating it I hope they work on the elevators as well because it's becoming outdated I hope they continue to upgrade everything I really like the location and the ambience The Starbucks guys in the lobby are awesome they always remember who I am and they always seem to care but their customers. They get three stars this time because the parking situation is horrible, I had to walk all around the hotel which is not the safest at night."

"This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. What sets it apart from the rest is the service. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. Italia and Lima were so kind and helpful. They made sure I found my room, got all of my bags upstairs and even gave me a piece of cake for my toddler who was throwing a fit because of our long trip. I love great customer service. The rooms were wonderful - fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathrooms were well stocked with wonderful smelling body wash and ample towels. I would recommend this place to everyone !! The location is nice as well. Convenient to everything."
