"First time staying at commerce hotel, i was in so much pain the next morning. Beds are so hard to sleep on, you can literally hear if someone drops a quarter on the room above you. You can hear when a vehicle honks. Hard to get a good night sleep. Too many people smoking on areas you are not suposse to way way to much smoke."
"I have been going to, casino for at least 20 years or more. I used to love going there, the tournaments were amazing, the food was great. Services was great . But now it seems as though Commerce casino does not care about the players. The food is awful, almost impossible to get, service is terrible, I don’t have enough people. If you set a table and talk to people you’ll get the same from 90% of them. I don’t enjoy playing tournaments anymore and I certainly don’t enjoy playing live action. I’d rather get in my car and go from commas to hustler. And I never would go to hustler, but they are so appreciative of people coming to play at the casino. Food is amazing. Services is amazing they make you feel very welcome. Like the old commerce used to be. Come on, commerce you have the ability to do it."
"Place was clean and staff were great. Spent 4 nites here. The front desk people were amazing. Upgraded room at no charge and waived most of the resort fees. Valet should have more people working as it can take long to get your vehicle. Would stay here again."
"Great place to stay, this area is very close to LA and a nice shopping center outlet. My stay was great! The staff were friendly and informative including the valet staff as well. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room I stayed in was very nice and seemed to have been recently renovated or upgraded because it seemed very new. I ordered food from room services and it would get delivered less than 15 min the food was great. My room didn’t have a microwave and the front desk sent me a microwave within 5 min of requesting one. Plenty of towels and they have a heated a pool. I will be staying here again in the future."
"I will not tolerate disrespect, I asked a simple question and was treated bad. First time and Never coming back. My friends always recommended this casino over PECHANGA . I thought I'd gave it a try. Bartenders were attentive and drinks were good. I spoke to Charles (manger) about my experience and pretty much closed ears. My friends and I got raffle ticket's because we spend a couple hundred. I guess they do a raffle every 30 minutes. Which it was 1:45 and nothing happened . I asked the(teller Vivian)about it when was the next draw since it past the 30 min draw. She proceeded with a NASTY attitude and said everything 30 min. I mentioned that it was past the time and she proceeded to say then " WHY ARE YOU ASKING". At the end it's not about the money it's more about taking care of your customer and making sure they're Informed/taking care of. I hope Management reads and address the situation. At the ends it's all on camera!"
