"Our stay at the Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel in Los Angeles was overall quite enjoyable, but it did come with a few initial hiccups that were resolved promptly by the hotel staff. We stayed at this hotel as a family for a total of five nights. The only downside during our stay was the room we were assigned to on the first night. It was located very close to the elevator and the ice machine, resulting in considerable noise throughout the night. This disturbance led to three awakenings from my sleep. However, the hotel reception staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They promptly relocated us to a quieter room for the remaining four nights of our stay, which made a significant difference in our comfort and rest. One aspect of our stay that we thoroughly enjoyed was the breakfast. It was not only rich in variety but also quite delicious. The breakfast spread had a nice selection of options, catering to different tastes and preferences, making it a great way to start our days during our stay. In conclusion, our experience at the Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel was a positive one, despite the initial noise issue. The attentive and helpful staff, along with the enjoyable breakfast offerings, added to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our stay.
