"Please read this review before staying at Erth Inn! We got the suite and it was terrible! There was a roach we found in the room, the TV didn’t work, there was no lamp, no shelves for clothes, we stayed for a few days and received no room service for cleaning, clean towels or anything! It was super ghetto and was just overall something I would never recommend!"
"I had a great experience. The room looked the way it was advertised! 10 minutes from little Tokyo. The Hollywood sign was slightly visible from where we stayed. 2 minute walking distance from food places. There is also a hospital nearby."
"This hotel ABSOLUTELY OVER-CHARGES. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $124 A NIGHT JUST SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE DANGEROUS, UNSAFE AREA AND ALSO BECAUSE IS NO-NAME HOTEL. This is more of a motel and offers nothing to warrant $124/night. Erth Inn is located in very distressed, unclean, unsafe area. Dirty in front of hotel. It is not safe to walk around area at all, particularly at night. YOU ARE SAFE AS LONG AS YOU REMAIN INSIDE THE ROOM. There is no skyline view. Hotel manager is not customer-oriented. Manager has zero EI. NO LOBBY. I'VE NEVER SEEN A HOTEL WITH NO LOBBY AREA. I've left messages for hotel manager for a call-back. NO RETURN CALL AT ALL. Hotel manager TOTALLY IGNORED MY PHONE MESSAGES I LEFT. Very rude and unprofessional. DEMONSTRATES THIS HOTEL MANAGER NEITHER VALUES I NOR MY BUSINESS, paticularly for my repeat business. The rooms are decent but very old, out-of-date furniture, with plumbing and maintenance issues -- very low water pressure and water-temperature issues. It takes a while before water gets hot. Very old soap dispener. You have to press old soap-dispenser lever 1,000 times literally because the soap dispenser dispenses extremely small amount of soap. No holding lever and soap keeps coming out. During my stay, ceiling caved in during rainstorm, water all over the floor. I thought it was rain hitting window. Turned out that ceiling caved in. Toilet backed up and water all over the bathroom floor, and homeless people knocking on my room door at 3AM. The elevator is accessible to public. No security. The hotel manager NEVER apologized, discounted room rate, NEVER DID ANYTHING to make it right. This hotel manager is only about greed. If anyone has a room to rent, please contact me. I'm here on assignment. I'M VERY SERIOUS."
"It’s ok . Clean ,livable. Only complaint is that if you ask for extra towels it comes across as your bothering them . You should never question the customer why they need more towels .if there are two people in a room , Sometimes -specially if your towels are on the cheaper side it requires more towels to dry off."
"I have stayed here with family and friends in the past and it has not disappointed! Our trip last weekend solidified that with the great front desk service and maid service! The parking is also a great add-on since most hotels charge by the day separately. I will continue to book this hotel for future trips"
