"The worst customer service I have received in my life. I definitely DO NOT recommend it. I encourage you to search for other options. The parking lot is horrible. If you don't believe it, just try it."

"If there was a choice for 0 stars, I would most definitely choose that.. costumer service, what costumer service. So sad people's work ethics now a days, or should I say lack of work ethics. Excuse me while I go on my Lil rant, cuz I'm sitting here in the lobby as I type.. trying to understand what really is these employees problem. I called ahead of time, looked up prices online.. was told to come down and they will honor that deal as online price.. getting here nothing went smooth.. they didn't honor the price like they said they would, and let's talk about musical chairs they played. Kept switching people, from one to the next. Noone could answer simple questions or try to help. Check in time is 2pm but told us can't check in til 3.. why I asked but no damn answer. ONE OF THE WORST PLACES AND WORST COSTUMER SERVICE BY FAR."

"Went here so we didn’t have to drive home after drinking. Even drunk you would not want to stay at this hotel. Soon as we walked up to the room, we looked at it and walked right back down. Would not give us our money back. We ended up leaving anyways because it was so nasty and not under any conditions to sleep in. It looks like they do not clean this hotel at all. It smells like they do not clean this hotel at all and the parking is nonexistent. They have no public parking."

"So scary!! I booked for two weeks. (a few months ago) First week in, I hear a squad of police barging into the hotel with guns trying to arrest one of the people staying there. The room they were targeting was really close to mine so I could hear everything! I think the person got away somehow probably through a window . for two hours all I hear is sirens and helicopters circling the area. I was so scared literally lying flat on the floor in case anybody decided to shoot. I’m not a scaredy cat but I was sooo scared the rest of the days. Counting down the days to leave after that. Another incident happened a few days later I don’t remember what but I do remember getting in the floor again. I would never go back there!!!!"

"If I could give them less than a star i would the Place was ok but price was insane $130 per night at front office - checkout time is at 10:30 they want you out within 5 minutes plus you got to pay deposit of $50 per night plus an extra $20 to have the remote for the TV - im never staying here again. Overpriced and rude people at the front !"
