"Love this hotel. It has a nice European feel – simple and spare. But spare does not mean lack of amenities or service. Before my stay, I emailed The Metric two questions, and they were answered very promptly. I also asked for a hair straightener and makeup mirror. Both were waiting in my room when I arrived. The room was simple but had everything I wanted - a lovely bathroom with good shower water pressure, super comfortable bed, refrigerator, and large TV with cable. Fantastic lobby with an abundance of high-quality morning pastries; convenient water filling station, and coffee bar. The front desk employees were very attentive and welcoming. You need a key card to access the floors and the garage. I felt very safe. The next time I go to the Grammys, I will stay here again."

"Modern, clean and convenient hotel. Staff and service are outstanding! The Front desk sorted out for me with a 3rd party reservation glitch and helped with every other minor question or request. Room was quiet, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Nice amenities. Loved the baked goods for breakfast and all the coffee/espresso/chocolate/tea options."

The rooms and the whole hotel for that matter were extremely clean and well-maintained, the staff was nice and helpful and the bathrooms were well-equipped.
