"I can’t believe the price of this hotel for what is offered. The rooms are incredibly standard. We had a “king” room, but I am certain the bed was not a king. I have a king bed at home and this was much much smaller. They insisted it was, but I even went as far as to measure the bed which was the size of a queen. The shower in my room backed up the whole time so I was standing in a few inches of water while showering. No bottled water or anything in the rooms, no robes, nothing to make this a better hotel experience than staying in a best western. The location isn’t even good anymore, since downtown LA is disgusting and a ghost town. Homeless everywhere, including outside the hotel harassing women who were walking by or waiting for their cars. The staff were nice. The valet staff especially. They often would only have one valet working so you’d have to wait quite a while to get your car (15+ minutes even after calling ahead), not the valet’s fault, the hotel should staff more of them at once. The internet was non existant. Worked in the lobby but not in my room. I couldn’t even do regular internet browsing, I had to hotspot myself with my phone’s data the entire time. Insane because they force you to pay an extra “amenity fee” which comes with “premium internet”. For an extra $25 a day, I’d expect the internet I’m paying for to work. This fee also gets you $25 at the restaurant but breakfast is over $25 a person (plus tip and tax) so you’re just spending more than you would if you went elsewhere. This hotel is a rip off and clearly overcharging guests to make up for the fact it’s in a horrible location and the rooms are dated and old."

"The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the city. Staff was very polite and friendly. I appreciated the hospitality shown by all the staff in making for an excellent experience."

"Hotel is old and room itself was normal, but here was a ridicules noise all the time...like huge conditioner system right here in the walls, my wife did't sleep at all. Only Alina made this stay better. She was super Helpful and super nice, she did everything that could be good for us!"

"Door dash food stolen Doordash food order was left in the door dash food order in front of service desk. The driver sent me pictures of the placed order. By the time I went to get my food, my food order was stolen. This occurred in the Friday of 3-1-24. The girl working in the service desk was low empathy, annoyed and didn't offer to look into the issue. She said there are no cameras pointing at the table and she didn't even offer to look at the elevator cameras or the front entrance. I even showed the picture of my order in a purplish pink bag. The lack of security and the low empathy of the front desk girl. Will lead me to not book at this hotel again and I have stayed at the hotel multiple times."

"We had a wonderful time at my brother in law's wedding. The penthouse area was beautiful. The wedding was held there and the reception. The food was delicious and we partied till 11 pm. The views were spectacular. It was perfect. Great place to get married. Our room. The king-size room was spacious. Nice sofa to sit in, bathroom was great with wonderful shower pressure, the bed was super comfy. The staff are friendly. They do a great job of making it an experience. Very personable."
