"“READ BEFORE BOOKING” We had to stay here for 5 days and it was the worst motel experience we ever had. They gave us a room upstairs and we noticed 1/2 cockroaches. We didn’t think anything of it but later at night when we turned the lights of we felt cockroaches crawling on the bed and on our body. It was late night and we complained and they changed the room. We switched to downstairs. Downstairs rooms doesn’t have cockroaches but they have a really bad smell. We asked for refund after our 1st night but they DON’T refund. The area was good but Overall will never go back."

"Needed a place to stay while we were looking for a place to rent, had to move owner wanted to live in the house. I hadn't been to the Patio in about 20 years. It was in much better condition, spent some time playing pool, the bar was nice and I knew the bartender Diana she is so nice and friendly she came over and introduced herself. I would for sure go back to the bar. The room was good but now I found a home."

"This place is crawling with roaches. I was supposedly in the nicest room 109, and it was nasty. I made them aware of the bugs in the room and asked for a different room, they just gave me bug spray. Sheets are nasty and stained and the room smelled like mold. Refused to give me a refund as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
