Tuscan Garden Inn

"There are alot of homeless people in this area. But the room itself was great and clean, the beds were comfortable, but any movement, the beds made lots of noise. The wallls where thin. I could hear everything. The pillow I slept with was uncomfortable. The parking is kinda tight. We stayed 1 night. Paid 137.00 for 1 night and 2 beds. We had the cheapest hotel,out of our cheer family."

"Checking in at this hotel with the front desk was perfect since I had already reserved a room. The problem came when we stepped into the room to use the restroom: No hot water from the sink, no bar soap - only sanitizer from a foaming machine, no hand towes to dry your hands with, only 2 washcloths and 3 bath towels. Found the maid service just 3 doors down and she couldn't understand what I was asking for in English, thankfully my daughter-in-law was able to speak to her, but even then she didn't have what we wanted. At check-in we were given the remote for the TV, which didn't work when turning the TV on. All we had was static. I had to walk back up to the front desk and someone had to come and set-up the TV to work with the remote. We wanted something to drink and across the courtyard from our room were two vending machines: 1 that had waters, which wouldn't accept my money $1 bills. The other one didn't work at all. I walked up front again and found a machine that was costing $3 for a bottle of water and when you're desparate you'll pay it, but I only had a $5 bill, of which the machine wanted exact change. I walked across to the front desk and asked if they could provide change - no they didn't have any $1 bills for a $5. We sat on the beds and the boxspring on both beds were squeaking so bad. When we were sleeping, just turning over and all you heard was squeaking. The walls were so thin, that we hardly got any sleep with the neighbors above us, who were up all night long, up and down and the kids were jumping on the beds constantly - yes, it was kids. I would NOT recommend this Motel to anyone unless you are absolutely desparate!!!"

"This is a great budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a room! The rooms are clean and modern, the bathrooms are nice, and it’s usually at a great price! Also location is convenient to a lot of places. They also give you high quality shampoo bottles and soaps."

"What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! I booked this hotel because I wanted to be close to downtown Los Angeles and because the price was excellent. As we got closer and closer and got more nervous - this hotel is not located in a nice out safe area. When we found it, it was like a little oasis. The service was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, updated, and the bed very very comfortable. More than that it was completely walled off from the surrounding area and I felt very safe leaving my car parked in the parking lot. If you’re needing to stay in the city and are wanting a great deal then this is your place. We were very satisfied with our stay."
