"The hostel maintains a friendly and respectful atmosphere. The kitchen is well-maintained, and volunteers are helpful. Proximity to the subway made exploring Los Angeles pretty easy. If I revisit LA, I’d come back to The Rumi."

"The place is clean and organized, the staff explain the rules well and everyone respects each other. There's a piano in the living room, so I was able to play a bit. There's also space to work on the computer. I stayed in a room with 8 beds, but I still had no problems. It was a pleasant stay and I would probably go back."

"I'm from another city in California and I only stayed in the hostel for 2 nights on business, and I liked it. The internet works well, so I was able to make video calls easily, and they also have tables where you can put your computer. The rooms are simple, but they have lockers, and they're cleaned every day by someone who comes in the middle of the day. It wasn't so easy to park the car, but in the end I always managed (Los Angeles and its parking problems lol)"

"What I liked most was the well-equipped kitchen. I love to cook, and I was able to make my meals the way I wanted. They serve breakfast too, although it's simple, it's good. I stayed in a mixed room with my girlfriend and it was very comfortable. There's a market nearby and several bus options. The hostel staff are good too. I'd recommend!"
