"We have become more and more increasingly disappointed with the level of service and questionable practices. We have been clients for 18+ years, and it seems in the past several years things have begun to change for the worse. It is hit and miss with the reception staff on both the dental and orth sides. We have always had great service from Armando. He is a true gem. As for the rest of the practice, it is a disappointment. Billing has changed, which is understandable but the way in which it has been carried out is nothing but frustrating and I would venture to say sneaky. Services are recommended with no clear/personable explanation of the charges just an emailed estimate. As a client who has always paid my bills being harassed about a charge that I was surprised about, not to mentioned spoken to rudely was nothing but shocking. My kids are aging out, but even it they weren't we would done with their services. We will have the last of our work done and move one. Sad to be breaking ties like this."

When my son was referred for braces I was extremely nervous how the process would go since he has a history of difficult dental exams. Everything from the consult to the placement went so much better than I had expected due to the caring staff who not only explained things to me but patiently made sure my son understood and was comfortable. Julie is truly great at what she does. With her skill and patience she made placing the braces an amazingly smooth experience."
