"I could not have asked for a better dental experience! I have a history of dental anxiety, and was somewhat behind on my dental care because of it. They were able to quickly get me in for an emergency visit for a toothache. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal, and they kindly referred me to a specialist. Since then I have stayed with Madison No Fear Dentistry for a crown placement, cavity filling, and routine exam and cleaning. Everyone is incredibly kind and non-judgmental. They provided blankets, a neck pillow, and allowed me to watch Netflix during my visits. They also offer anti-anxiety and nitrous oxide (gas) sedation options for an additional $120. I found this very reasonable and well worth the cost. As someone without dental insurance some of the services are expensive, but that is just the nature of dental work, and their prices are comparable with most other offices in the area. They are very transparent with pricing and will let you know what to expect for cost of service before your appointment. They also offer a wellness membership for a monthly fee, which includes routine cleaning, examination, and x-rays, as well as a discount on other required services. I would highly recommend this office to any of my friends and anyone who also experiences dental anxiety"
