"Absolutely wonderful! We arrived around 9pm after a long international travel day and were greeted by a very kind man working at the front desk. He was personable and helpful and that was very comforting after a long day! The room was lovely and clean and offered a beautiful view of LAX. I would definitely stay here again! Great rooms and even better service."

"I would not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. Despite its recent renovation and modern, clean appearance, it has several significant drawbacks. Firstly, the noise from outside, particularly the constant sound of planes taking off and landing, is disruptive. Secondly, the thin walls amplify every passing conversation, causing further disturbance. Thirdly, the shower fails to provide adequate hot water and suffers from low water pressure, resulting in discomfort and even illness, as I contracted a cold due to this issue. Additionally, my husband experienced abdominal pain and diarrhea after consuming breakfast at the hotel. Furthermore, the mattress lacks sufficient support, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Our decision to choose a hotel near the airport for a restful stay was based on appealing online images, but the reality fell far short. Unfortunately, we were consistently disturbed by noise, preventing us from enjoying a peaceful night's sleep or a comfortable bathing experience. We are deeply disappointed with our stay."

"If you look at the hotel from the inside nice place. But the staff has tons of work to do. We were placed right by the elevators and all night long we could hear the elevators going up and down. Literally kept me up. Then I went to shower before my flight and boom no face towels. I tried to call from the room phone, it doesn’t work. As I am making the call from my personal phone I find out that you are suppose to inform them about your parking in the garage, boom no one told me that as I checked in. But I informed them that I needed face towels, it wasn’t until the 3rd encounter that they informed me that I needed to wait until housekeeping came in to get towels. Are you serious? So you don’t have access to towels to accommodate guest. Especially when towels are a normal amenity. Then I have to wait until 10am to report this all to a manager, when I’m up in the air headed home. WOW. Customer service needs proper training along with housekeeping and the ability to access to things to accommodate guest."

"Excellent stay with clean, quiet room. Shuttle worked flawlessly both ways from airport -- my return trip was 5am with pleasant driver. Especially impressed by texted check-in process: I wrote that I'd arrive at the hotel 12:30pm and when my plane landed 10:40am and I turned my phone on, I had a text saying my hotel room was ready. Tip: the shuttle is orange and blue."

"Very close to the airport. However, they close their drop off area at the front for easy access to the hotel. For the first time, you have to drive around and around to figure out how to get into the hotel. If you driving or ask someone to drop you off, it is very difficult to do so. In order to get into the hotel, you have to use your credit card and go through the parking ramp first. You then will have to pay for the amount of time just to drop off someone. I would prefer not to this hotel. There are two hotel next to this hotel and much easy access."
