Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites

"I had a late night trip that was unexpectedly given to me with no notice. So I stumbled across this best western very late at night and was blessed with a great employee! Johnathan was able to get me booked into a room and even provided me a Triple A discount and a good rate since I was only staying for about 5 hours. Could not of asked for a better experience and would highly recommend!"

"I have stayed in so many hotels in my traveling life and this is the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are exceptional and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, well kept and up-to-date. I love that the suites have a door between the rooms so if you are two people staying in one unit, you can each have your own room (one with a fold-out couch, TV, microwave and fridge and balcony, The other with the bathroom, air conditioner, beds and a TV). It's very rare to find a place this awesome and affordable in LA. Even the view off the balcony was lovely. A pretty neighborhood was manicured lawns and gardens and a garden right below the balcony that was stunning, belonging to the hotel. The rooms are well insulated and quiet. Even though my room was directly beside the elevator, which I wanted because my knee hurt, it was quiet. I slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed as well. Continental breakfast was awesome. I ordered Uber eats for dinner and they even brought it to my room because I had just had Lasik and couldn't see very well. If I ever need to stay in this area again, this will be my go-to place. To the staff, thank you so much for making my surgery days so comfortable. You guys are all very awesome and do your jobs exceptionally & with care."

"I had spectacular service at this Best Western, which is located close enough to everything to be easy to access. The room was clean and smelled nice, I was never without a parking spot, and their front desk did an exceptional job helping me when after I checked out, I realized I had let something on property. Next time I’m in town, I will be staying here again."

"We had to stay at this location because of the some mold issue at home and this hotel is the only one that's 2 miles away from us. First off, the front desk lady's attitude was very unkind. Instead of greeting us, she went "What do you want?" right off the bat. Not a pleasant first impression. Second, the hotel's elevator inspection is long overdue so it takes a long time for the elevator door to close. Third, parking is a nightmare! The parking space is super narrow and some guests would decide to double-park due to the parking spot being so tight. Hard to get in and extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot. The only reason why I chose to park in the hotel's parking lot was because I had a knee injury and I cannot walk far to park on the streets. Since it's a 2-star hotel, they do not have room service but breakfast is included which we enjoy. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are fun as well."

"I ended up staying here because I was attending an event nearby and did not want to drive all the way home. I will say that the room was fairly large and even had a living room area and a patio which was great for entertaining or families. This was the basic room. However I will say that the entrance is fairly uncomfortable, the little driveway to get into the parking is extremely narrow and you have to be very careful. The parking spots are also very compact might not be great for larger trucks. They have complementary breakfast, which is actually pretty good. They have eggs and pastries, and a bunch of other things. The area is OK it’s kind of residential and extremely busy on Sepulveda."
