"I had a 2:30 appointment a few days ago I even called was told to come at that time. It was for a simple patching of my tire was rude when I greeted them. Didn’t care to speak to me when I told them the car and what time My appointment was. I sat there for 30/40 minutes and my car hadn’t even been looked at I ask for an update and he said “I don’t know maybe 20 minutes.” I left don’t have someone come at 2:30 to sit there and do nothing especially when they told me to come at that time. Unprofessional, acted like they were too busy to deal with me and I had a small problem. My car was NEVER looked at it was right where I parked it when I got back in it."
