"I'm a first time customer. Went in for emission test. Customer service fantastic didn't have to wait long either. I would recommend Lau's to family and friends."
"Very respectful and considerate gives you a feeling of trust when you walk in the building,my car was repaired with a price I could afford which I knew was a fair price."
"****Update***** Now, the official statement from the owner is that I “Fabricated” my experience! Where do we start? I’m not responsible for what you put in your service system but let’s start with the obvious. I returned to you because of work you previously did on an alternator. I can’t remember which vehicle but I was a return customer. It’s December 2023. I bought a battery in 2021. Where’s the warranty??? Or do your batteries just fail after 2 years and it’s buyer beware??? Next, if you want people to believe I didn’t ask for a Flush and Fill, fine. I have the DEX cool still with me. Would you like to see it? Maybe you can actually use it on another vehicle this time. Your records mention brakes, my allegation mentions brakes. Somehow, your recommendation to come back is different from my ask to replace them outright. Hmmm??? I left out that your road test somehow missed the struts I went to Vasquez Auto to have replaced. But I guess you’ll find a “recommendation” there too huh??? You should have put the time into service and follow up you’re putting into spin!!! You would have got consistent business out of me and customer loyalty. Instead, look at you. Despicable. *************************************** Crooks! I took my car in to them to put it on a maintenance plan per the owners manual. They were supposed to complete a flush and fill but somehow I wound up with an empty coolant reservoir after a drive from Milwaukee to Johnson’s Creek within 90 days. I filled up the reservoir with DEX and haven’t had a problem since. That was a year ago. They also said I needed a battery and — guess what? — they had a “sale” on batteries. That was 2021. Later, when I went back in for an oil change, they said it needed a charge and asked when did I last have it checked. The guy just looked at when I told him I bought it from THEM the wanted to charge me to have it charged and leave the vehicle there. Then, he recommended I buy a trickle charger, remove the battery, charge it in my house, and reinstall it. For a battery I bought from them 2 years ago! I replaced the battery 3 weeks ago and found out that the 9/21 date on the battery was the Sell By date and that these batteries are deeply discounted because they are sold without a warranty. I wasn’t there for a discount, I was there to ensure the car I paid off would run reliably. Well, now, I have no car. The transmission failed this week. So, I took my vehicle in to them for preventative maintenance and inspections for nothing!!! The dealership is saying after I pay the $4k for the transmission, the recommended I change the brake pads and get new plugs — both services I asked them to do while I had the money but they put off because they didn’t have the techs available (and they obviously the jobs weren’t profitable enough). Beware."
"Complete rip off!! They charged me 130 and told me what I told them what was wrong. Then quoted me more than double the national average of a windshield wiper switch replacement. your technician still quoted me almost 400 dollars! for a job that took my untrained self and a youtube video to do."
"I feel like the customer service is lacking. Every shop is different but I don’t think someone should be charge $40-60 just for an estimate. Especially when I told the rep that I’ve contacted other shops and received an estimate/had it looked at for free. I would not do business here moving forward cause the person on the phone was nonchalant didn’t help at all and told me that other shops basically “lie”."
