"If I could give 0 stars I would. Went weeks ago for an oil change and we left hearing dragging underneath. Went back and they told us they used zip ties. They broke my original screws. If we didn't hear the dragging I would have never known it was held on by zip ties. Well today look what happened. Their damn zip ties obviously broke and now my whole plate is hanging. So never go here since they are not careful with your car. I just recently got this car too and now look what you guys did to it! Don't know how I can safely drive this and can't get it fixed till the weekend. Thanks alot."

"I had my Oil changed as routined on a Saturday. After the work was done I left but my car wasn’t riding right and there was a weird humming sound and rubbing sensation while driving. I didn’t have prior problems before having my vehicle serviced. I didn’t think nothing of but the next day this problem continued. So I went back there the next only to have my concerns brushed off by the manager Chase. Long story short I went back up there today ( A week later) and the employee Parker fixed the problem for me. “Maybe he should be the manager at this place” as he not only knows what he’s talking about but also because he has Awesome customer service. Thanks again Parker."

"Sent wife here for an oil change, they said the air filter and Alternator were bad, she had them do the filter. On the way home check engine light turns on, so I had her bring it to my work ( car dealership) the air box was not clipped in and the cheap filter was defective. So they knew it wouldn't go back together. I had to go get my own filter and insall it myself. She asked for air in the tires due to the low tire light being on. NOPE...light still on. Passenger side tires were low. Checked alternator with our Snap-on, tested fine. We use this place for our cars at work. Boss seen this today and said "never again""

"Went to the location on 80th and layton in greenfield today to change the oil in my car. They checked the oil level and the fluid. They couldnt change the oil because they didn't have the oil filter for my car. They told me to come back on monday afternoon after shipment. I left the garage and went to the store, the car started smoking and I opened the hood - They forgot to close the engine oil cap and oil was spiled all over the car engine and was leaking out of the hood, the cap was missing and my car could have started on fire. i couldnt reach the location i went to on the phone. luckyily the guys from Rawson Ave were very helpful and actually had a working phone. They came to me and cleaned out all the oil the best They could and filled the oil and i went to buy new oil cap. I still need to file a claim and see how this will play out at the end. My recommendation is STAY Away from Vavoline on layton and 80th street. I am hoping that the engine is still good on the car, and now every time I start the car and turn on the heat a strong odor of oil is coming through the ventilation in the car. I just cant beleive that something like this can happen its their job to double check that car is ready and all parts are there. This location is full of incompetent workers who could care less about getting the job done and their customers."

"Didn't put all the screws back in my skid plate and then when I went back they ended up just using some random screws. When I brought it up they said it's secure. I understand it's secure but I'd like to get my car back in the same condition when I brought it in. Very accommodating but lack of attention to detail and not owning up to take care of their mistake... needless to say I will not be going back. Seems to be a re-occuring issue based on other reviews I've seen."
