Just had an ultrasound today and leading up to I've had to call a couple times and each of the front office staff I spoken to have been so kind and professional. The ultrasound tech today was lovely and not heavy handed at all for my anatomy scan for baby. "I had my first anatomy scan here. My appointment was pretty easy to make over the phone and finding the location was simple. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. When I went back for my appointment, the woman who did the ultrasound initially was kind of rough and it really started to hurt while she was checking stuff out/taking pictures. By the time the other ultrasound tech came in to take a look, I was pretty tender to the touch. I would give this place 5 stars if the first woman didn't have such a heavy hand but everybody involved was super nice and asked if I had any questions. I would recommend this place."

"We went here today for our anatomy scan, and I was very impressed with how friendly and informative the staff was. I've heard horror stories of techs just silently (and roughly) completing the scans and refusing to tell the parents anything; ours was the opposite. She told us what she was doing, and how things looked, at every step and answered all of our questions (often before we'd even asked them lol). As a first time mom I didn't know what to expect with this procedure and my anxiety was high. I left feeling informed and reassured that everything is right on track."
