"Took my car to take 5 for an oil change. Everything went nicely. I was offered a bottle of water which I thought was very thoughtful. Everything went fine for the first 3 weeks and all of a sudden on the way from dropping my daughter to school. My car shut off. Ended up having it toad to a mechanic. To find out there was no oil in my car and the engine is shot. I've only had my car since July of this year and there should have been no way that there was no oil in my car. After explaining to the mechanic about the oil change, he stated. So you were a victim of them as well. Found out that here in this area. There have been many customers who have gotten screwed over by take 5 on Brown Deer road. I am in the process of hiring an attorney to see if we can't bring a class action suit against them. I should not have to buy another car because of their negligence. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. My co-worker checked her car after talking to me and found. She had no oil and hers either. And she had her oil changed on the 9th of November. Something has to be done and I am in the process of doing it because I am beyond pissed about this situation."

"Got oil changed less than a week ago, when I went and spoke to manager today he wasn’t helpful at all, very dismissive, stated that there’s nothing wrong with oil being below 1st line.. I know There’s no way the oil on my dip stick should be this low, after less than a week. Manager didn’t even offer a top off, very disappointed with service or should I say lack of service."
