The front line staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Maddy, was very personable, technically skilled and kept me informed along the way. She paid extra care and attention to my sensitive teeth and concerns with tori during x-rays, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Kim greeted me, shook my hand and performed his exam. He was very friendly and informative. Dr. Kim and Maddy were professional and in sync regarding my care plan.
