"Had an early appointment, took receptionist 20+ minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Then had to fill out forms. The woman doing the x-rays was nearly on the run the whole time and that was impressive. The dentist was slow going but effective. Receptionist was either just slow or still learning the system. The appointment was just for a qoute on the cost of an implant or bridge. It took more then an hour."

"Went there today. 2/26/24. Everyone was nice and friendly. Good banter with everyone I spoke to. Give me a in depth review of my situation. Suggested options and gave me choices for them. I wanted the most economically available option. They found a way to make it happen. I will definitely go back to them for the future of my dentistry needs. "Went for a consultation for extractions and dentures. Staff was considerate and efficient. A bit pricey but we came up with several options with complete prices for me to take home and decide upon. Their discount plan is well worth it as helped to bring the cost down a lot. Don’t use the prices on the website though because they are not correct"

"this is the worst dental practice i have ever been to!! They have no permanent dentist until next month ... the dentist that seen me was only in by me for seconds and most definitely was not interested in doing any work .. He said go to oral surgeon to get bone smoothed out! I went for implants! On website they make it seem they got there stuff together but the do not at all!! They have no clue about there other offices in kenosha or oak creek , as to what services are provided and which are not ! I do not understand how this can be any other dental chain is all linked together by one system and u can go to any office they own to get work done. Worst part of all they charged my insurance 165$!! I asked am i gonna be billed for this the lady said no the inside will ! Even though it said free consultation! I reported them to my insurance company and said to not pay the bill they are going to send to them they are ripping people off big time here !! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE !!"

"I can't be more than greatful for Dr. Morton and her staff. The last 24hrs was a hellish event for me, I had the most extreme tooth ache immagionable, Luckly the Mt. Pleasant location had avaliability early morning Friday before Christmas and was able to get in, explained my issue and they were able to resolve it within an Hour. Having 2 teeth extracted due to an infection was the choice I wanted, so I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't want to do. Billing and all other means were explained in great detail and clerk was very friendly and played her role expertly. Again, I'm ever greatful. Now recovering, I'm glad i came in and got what i needed taken care of and my opinions valued as a patrion. Thank you Dr. Morton and staff again, definitley will be back again as I now found a respectable, professional location for dentistry work. :)"
