"Dr. Romanski has been my dentist for over 35(?) years. Very good dentist. I always arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time as I respect their time. My last appointment was for 2:00, I arrived at 1:50, I had to go to the front desk at 2:20 to let them know I was in a hurry as I work 2nd shift and was on my way to work. Well, as usual with my appointments here, there was some drama that day and they were running behind. At least my hygenist was as all the others in the waiting room were called in. I was visibly upset which upset the hygenists and I decided to leave without getting my teeth cleaned and checked. Lots of turnover at this office, interpret that as you will. They don't respect my time."

"The entire staff were amazing! They were able to get me in the same day I call as an emergency pt. My tooth was so painful and in need of removal. I was nervous but was instantly put at ease. The extracting was difficult, but was handled great even a few laughs along the way. I will definitely be back for future care. Thanks Team!"
