"Villa Elegante changed it’s front yard landscaping. It now features drought resistant plants instead of water thirsty lawn. See photo of the succulent growing in front of the sign for the property. The succulent plant was in bloom when we walked by in May 2019. Villa Elegante is in walking distance to the Santa Barbara Zoo."
