"Excellent experience today for blood draw. Made an appointment online. Check in is quick and easy at kiosks where you scan your ID and insurance. I was seen promptly even though they were busy and had a nearly-full waiting room. Blood draw was quick and professional. No problems, easy-peasy. Will use this location again."

"Against my better judgement made an appointment for my kid. Should have gone with my gut feeling. Tech was rude and unprofessional. Tech said she did not know how to do the test needed and ask I make an appointment for another day. Reported Quest Diagnostics to the doctor that ordered the test. Want to give a zero but that is not an option."

"Took a 91 year old dementia patient here. Checked in at 3:30pm for a stand-by. At 4:04pm a phlebotomist said they are closed and wouldn’t see her. Another phlebotomist came out to apologize we weren’t notified earlier bc he had a needle accident and wasn’t able to see any patients. They denied service to an elderly, 91 year old, dementia patient and called cops instead. Cops couldn’t do anything, they are clearly sworn to protect corporations and not people. This is not healthcare. Literally wouldn’t help a 91 dementia patient in 100 degree weather and called cops on her."

"I had a good experience here. I made a morning appointment (8:20am) and only waited about 2 minutes after checking in to be seen. The person drawing my blood, Jackie, was pleasant and explained the process as we went. I was in and out in under 20 minutes."
