"This little room was great! It’s at the end of town so you can walk and see everything or use their free bikes. The property itself is cute. Nice fire pit in the middle of the corridor. The room itself was decorated nicely and it’s a cozy size. Only flaw was the bed not being too comfy. The prices were very reasonable and they are pet friendly."

"Stayed at the viking inn in September, my girlfriend has a lot of allergies so she is weary when traveling as even the wrong laundry detergent can give her a rash, and she has gotten respiratory infections from places with dusty heating systems and mold but we had absolutely no problems, everything was sparkling clean and she slept soundly, we even waited a few days to see if she would have a delayed response and nothing. Definitely will be staying again and recommend for anyone with allergies. We have stayed in much more expensive places that were not as perfectly clean as this, seriously the cleaning staff here deserves a raise. Bonuses, everything was within walking distance but it was away from the crowds. Free breakfast at Olson's and use of bikes. We arrived early because our plans got canceled and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The person at the front (owner?) was super helpful and gave us the best recommendations on where to eat/what to do."

An adjustable shower head could accommodate guests of all heights. - **Bathroom Storage:** Additional shelving would greatly assist with personal grooming needs, as current space is limited. - **Water Quality:** Addressing the sulfuric odor in sink water is critical. The smell is overwhelming. Also, the water temp fluctuates from dangerously hot to cold during your shower without touching the knob. - **Eco-Friendly Toiletries:** Switching to wall-mounted refillable toiletry bottles, including conditioner, would be a sustainable and guest-friendly move. - **Storage Solutions:** Utilizing empty wall space for additional coat hooks or shelves could alleviate storage constraints. - **Entertainment Set-Up:** Aligning the TV remote brand with the TV and improving the setup (e.g., hiding cords, better positioning) would enhance the viewing experience. A shelf would allow people to connect their own laptops of consoles to the TV. - **Beverage Options:** While an electric kettle is available, the addition of a coffee machine could be a delightful touch for coffee enthusiasts. -**Insulation** Single pane windows and a door about 1 inch above the floor allows for bugs, cold, and noise to come through. The street can be loud especially in room 2. Investing in double pane windows and fixing the door is a mist. In conclusion, while Viking Inn boasts a fantastic location and charming elements, certain upgrades and attention to guest convenience could elevate the overall experience. Would consider staying again, particularly to see the improvements made. !"

"I had a most wonderful experience staying at this awesome boutique motel! The staff was gracious and welcoming, and attended to every need. The room was clean and spotless with great decor, besides being peaceful and quiet (no earplugs needed) - I especially appreciated the blackout roller shades on the windows (no eye mask needed). Also, the nicely appointed bathroom with the lovely tiled step-in shower was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable with great linens (could've stayed in it all day!). And finally, an inviting outdoor space with Adirondack chair surrounding a cozy fire pit. Great value. I can't wait to return!"
