"Check-in was on the 13th, number 9. In the evening we found that there is no light in the room, there are only lamps, the general light does not work. The bed and sofa have not been changed since the Danes arrived, it was not possible to sleep. The bed and sofa creak a lot because they did not get enough sleep. Dust is everywhere , near the bed on the bedside table , they haven 't dusted for sure for a month , the chair near the table is broken , there is no electric kettle , they could have bought it , there was only a coffee maker . And we paid 330 dollars for this horror. Such a room doesn't even cost $100. We are very upset!!!"

"This place was awful. The only good thing about this place is from the outside it’s cute; and its location. A short walk to everything in town but still a couple blocks from the hustle and bustle of the Main Streets keeping it a little quieter. The room was disgusting, dusty, cobwebs, a broken and old scratched up toilet seat. But worst of all was the musky moldy smell, it was so bad that we had to bring essential oils and and a diffuser in. There was no staff on site and no one answered the “after hours” phone line to see if there was another room we could get. It smelled like a musky old wet basement. My husband and I both woke up with allergies that were immediately better on our walk to get coffee. I would never stay here again, I have stayed in $20 motels that were better and cleaner than this."

"Good location but that’s about it. We paid $750 for 3 nights and I would go as far to say we were ripped off. The room was small, very dated and extremely dusty. Both sets of blinds were broken, the bed was squeaky, the towels were dirty and stained, noisy heater and the parking lot was around less than a meter from the room doors/windows meaning you heard every car coming in and leaving and also the people talking outside. The staff were never at reception when I went to ask for clean towels so we ended up sharing the only clean towel. I am so disappointed with the stay we had here. It was VERY overpriced for the amenities and quality of the rooms. Avoid this place!!"

"Room was not ready until almost three hours after check in. Front desk closed 30 minutes earlier than on all posted information, other than the flier included with our key—which we did not have until after the desk closed. Room smelled heavily of cleaning supplies, the floor was still wet and had long black hairs plastered to the tile in the bathroom. There was a gross plunger left outside our door. Even though there was no room above us, it sounded like there were line dancing elephants above our heads all night. We could also hear every creak and squeak from the rooms around us. The place looks very quant in photos, but it’s pretty run down. Advertised cafe on site is also not open. Plus side—walking distance to all things in town, but far enough removed to not deal with crowds of people constantly. Parking on site but very narrow and cramped. Pet friendly, but there is a $45 pet fee, which is not clearly advertised and only in the fine print."

"We just stayed for Veterans Day weekend. The stuff was nice. The front yard was nice. However, our room was small little dingy, and the mattress springs killed my back. They at least need to update mattresses in all rooms."
