"My daughter when to Roots salon in Brookfield. I recommend never going there. They destroyed my daughter’s hair. I have to take her to another salon to it. She went for an ombré style except they put one very dark color on then top and blond on the bottom. And did not blend the colors. They also over charged me."

"This has been the most awful experience I have had at a hair salon. I went in for a full highlight and it was not applied up to my roots and was not blended at all. The middle of the back of my head was also not colored at all! This happened on Friday and when I called I was told I had two options to either come back into the same level stylist (a more experienced person would NOT fix it) or get a refund. I asked for a refund and they promised a manager would call me on Monday. When the manager finally called she was incredibly rude, was not willing to see the pictures I had, and only offered a refund on a fraction of what I was charged. My hair was so messed up it cost me $300 to get it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"
