"The check-in was easy and everyone on staff was professional. If you don't have an appointment it will be a little bit of a wait but I ended up doing 40mins and it was really busy after lunch. Parking is simple and I would do my tests here again if I need it"

"Just got done at the 5555 Reservoir Rd location. Walked in without an appointment at 1:10 and was finished and back in my car by 1:40. So 30 min total including wait time. The woman who helped me was very kind and professional. I hate getting my blood drawn and I didn’t feel a thing. I am extremely pleased with my experience and wanted to share that considering all the terrible reviews for this company."

"3.75? STARS...in & out - very quick. Young women up front were nice, blood draw was good. I made reservation via their website (had to wait maybe week+ for appointment - I'm assuming they're very busy). Did online check-in from car once arrived....used restroom then waited on pleasant small shaded bench area outside building's front entrance. They texted when they were ready for me to come in. Pretty easy peasy. Definitely recommend trying. It's not the Ritz Carlton, hence the 3 star rating and I'm a tough critic."
