"Made an appointment. Got a call from them the day of the appointment I could not answer. They left a message to call back on an 866 number. Called and got a robot with. After listening to all the choices over 5 minute I told the robot none of the answers were good. It hung up on me. Tried again. Same thing. Drove through traffic and arrived early as I'm a polite person. Checked in. Got a text message they'd be with me soon. After being there a half an hour 10 minutes after my appointment they told me they were out of the vaccine... they could have spent 30 seconds leaving that on my voice mail or a text message and save me 2 hours of frustrating complete waste of my time and I could have made another appointment. BRAIN DEAD."

"Worst experience. Money grab by people who have some sort of degree thinking they can take advantage of everyone else. I wouldn’t consider these people to be healthcare professionals because professionals don’t act inconvenienced when being asked to provide a simple service that is being paid for. Simply need records of my results and all I am getting is a voicemail. When calling to get a direct line to the NP I am told they don’t have a direct line which I know is false. Too much to say over text regarding this place but the entire process is the worst experience each and every time. These people shouldn’t be considered health care workers"

"This morning I woke up early after being sick for three weeks with what could be a cold or bronchitis or possibly laryngitis. Since I don’t have insurance and I clearly wasn’t contagious I decided to use the minute clinic. I made an appointment online because I didn’t want to be sitting around not feeling well when I arrive they skipped me and took the person after me. They have a computer that tells you the order of clients which is how I know i had been skipped. The woman on staff immediately had me put on a mask which I assume is standard during cold season. She immediately told me without insurance the visit could possibly cost me $400 So that encouraged me to ask her if she was going to be able to actually look into my throat to see if there’s any infection. Considering she was afraid of my cold I didn’t see her wanting to look inside my throat. She condescendingly told me that she would only be able to see what I can see in the mirror. Well I’m not a doctor so I can’t tell if what I’m saying is an infection or something that needs immediate care right? She never answered my question as to whether or not she would be looking into my throat to make a diagnosis. She didn’t give me any reason to think I should spend $400 with her. It seems to me she was basically going to ask me a few standard questions and then charge me $400 for possibly a prescription or to tell me to get some cough drops. There is a company online called Plush care they can do just that for $99 over the phone and I wouldn’t of had to waste an hour and a half of my morning. Or if it was something more concerning I could’ve just gone to urgent care and spent the same amount if not less. Every experience I’ve had here hasn’t been this unpleasant one of the other practitioners has been extremely helpful but Iris in particular was Pius and condescending and completely unhelpful. Luckily I have the luxury of being connected to a number of actual doctors in San Diego through my Wellness company who I will be using in this situation but I feel bad for people who do not have that same connections and have to deal with practitioners like this woman."

"I went to the minute clinic for a number of different reasons that I wasn’t sure they were gonna be able to help me with, but lo and behold they WERE able to help me and they did a great job. I checked in an was worried about the wait time, but I was in and out in no time at all. The nurse practitioner who saw me, Anna-Joy, had great bedside manner and was a joy to work with. My guess is that the negative reviews on here came from an era long ago and aren’t really reflective of the situation today. I highly suggest using this minute clinic if you’re considering it."
