Imaging Healthcare Specialists - Logan Heights

"For the record every Imaging Healthcare location that I have visited until today has had exceptional customer service. Front desk women didn't acknowledge me for more than five minutes as I stood in the correct line at the Family Health Center office, I was the only one in the Imaging Healthcare line. When they finally decided to acknowledge me she spoke quietly in a very noisy room and I didn't even know she was speaking to me as she was looking down towards her coworker. When I asked if she was speaking to me her eyes widened with anger that she had to repeat herself. So I got checked in and waited. A few minutes after me a woman got in the line and they immediately greeted her with friendly speedy assistance. Shortly after a man got in and he was greeted immediately with speedy and friendly assistance. To make this experience worse, The x-ray technician placed his hands on my shoulders and applied pressure to have me pivot in the direction he needed. He asked why I was there I told him I was having low back pain. Usually the technician will say can you pivot or move a certain direction. Placing his hands on my shoulders to move me caused me more pain which I don't appreciate. I've had my back imaged many times before again at other locations, this location was completely new to me and my last time going here. The front and back staff are exceptionally unprofessional."

"Yesterday I had an X-ray taken by a very informative and astute technician. Her name was Samantha, She was a very polite and courteous young women and answered all of my questions regarding my exam. She is most certainly an asset to your company, It is not often you are greeted with such fine professionalism and knowledge these days. She really knew how to make a patient feel relaxed and comfortable in a not so relaxing environment. However, I am deducting a star as the parking at the facility was dreadful. I had to park almost 4 blocks away as there was no available parking near by. I am fit and healthy and did not mind the walk but for someone not so well or elderly it is not ideal."
