Friendly and professional technicians. Provide you with cd on your way out and a login to get all your images and reports any time you need them. Been to large places. Very small ones. High end and well, it very pleasant ones. This was middle but the best one truly because of the service and accessibility to information."

"The staff is nice but someone is slacking over there. I was sent a reminder for an appointment but it gave me the wrong time. I wasted half the day going there and sitting just for them to tell me they would have to reschedule. I asked them to let the Dr know and have him call me just for a minute to get some results and never heard back. Then I called and left msg for them to call me back since they were too busy to answer the phone and I still got no response. Finally I called again just to have the staff tell me it would be a month till I could get a phone telemed appointment. For goodness sake the whole process has been hell and that’s only half the story, the place I had to get an MRI was even more messed up with tons of different problems. It’s pretty sad and so much wasted time. My time of course which no one cares about. By the way when I did see the doctor the first time he had spent maybe 4 minutes with me so not sure how he doesn’t have time especially when his staff made the mistakes. He is the boss and this reflects his leadership. I’m still hoping for the best but not sure how things are going to go or if anyone even cares but I figured maybe the next reader will have something to read. I gave them 3 stars because I’m still hoping for the best and I’m sure it could have been worse."

"A horrible experience from the first contact with scheduling to the completion of the procedure. Totally incompetent and disjointed care. Last my Dr. said that the image quality was so poor that the study will have to be redone at another provider. I learned later that the ortho office will not use ExpertMRI because of their poor quality images. The study was originally ordered by another Dr's office. Don't use this company, period!"
