"Had a recommendation to use DOT for my trailer brake repair and tire pressure adjustment, so I made an appointment on short time and with a relatively quick deadline. They were able to accommodate me which was nice. I asked them approximately the cost, if it was going to be around $2000 or so, and they said somewhere around that, and weren't sure until they could determine what parts were needed. I got a call a couple days later with a bill for $5000! No phone call or follow up to approve the expense. I paid the bill and had the truck picked up, just to find out that the tire pressures had not been looked at; even though they could have easily checked them all when the wheels were off the trailer. Attention to detail and customer service is lacking here. At least the brake job was done completely and safely I guess. Customer beware."
