"This group is an embarrassment. The reads are poor to average. Every night, there is a message that says "We are experiencing a high volume of exams," with the insinuation that these high numbers are unexpected. Except that it says this every night. Even if you ask for them to read a critical study, they are slow to read it. At night, you can expect a more than two hour wait for a read on a scan (sometimes 3 or 4 hours). They have not improved at all over several months, and they seem to have no interest in improving. But they will gladly keep taking on more business and more revenue, while contemporaneous patient care suffers more and more. If your hospital's radiology team is considering switching to Statrad, please do not let them happen...for the safety of your patients."
