Days Inn by Wyndham Lost Hills

"This place is a scam!!! I booked and paid for a room on Expedia. When I arrived, the lady said I had to pay again for the room with my credit card because she didn't see I had paid. I showed her my bank account where Expedia had indeed already charged me for my room. She stated she could not let me check into my room until I gave her my credit card to charge the room AGAIN. I declined and asked to cancel. They are refusing to refund my money!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

"I am rating this hotel based on its 2 Star rating. For a 2 start hotel this place so great but only for the remodeled rooms. Carpet has been removed and replaced with foe wood flooring, a fantastic provement. A large mirror with a surrounding led light is a great modern touch. A clean embroided blue and white bedspread worked perfectly with the rest of the room.. Shower was clean with body and shampoo dispensers in both shower and wash basin. A very nice desert picture also adorned the room. New Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked great. As for location; located between Bakersfield and Sacramento was perfect for an overnight stay at an decent sub 100 price when booked online. Overall, a 4 Star for a 2 Star hotel."

"If you are expecting a 5 star motel you will be disappointed. But This older facility has been very well maintained. No broken fixtures or filthy rugs. Had to get on the road before breakfast was served. The whole stay was far above what we expected for such a modest price."

"No hot water in AM...air condition didn't work...desk people not very nice. Didn't seem to care about us...they had our money no skin off their nose. Also they advertise 72.00 per night charged 100.00."
