"I had to update our review because after scheduling lab tests for a relative, we didn't get the results and nobody answers the phone or emails. Until now we had good help. Sounds like they need a receptionist or a person designated to phone support or email support. Hopefully that changes as we liked this lab in the past. We have used this lab for COVID tests when all other locations were busy or didn’t have availability. You get results quickly and everyone on the phone is nice. They were kind with my young child who needed a COVID test for school. And they helped my family get papers and tests for COVID when going on a trip.I miss the old sorrento valley location and wish they could reopen there. I also miss the drive thru COVID testing services. Thank you!!"

I would give 5 stars but I cannot get anyone on the phone, return messages, or respond to emails. Even after service I do get calls back to respond to my messages. But after my first trip I feel I know the process and still recommend - with the message and email issue in my reference."

"I recently got an antigen COVID test at their new location, and it couldn't have been easier. I was in and out before I even knew what happened and I had my results by the end of the day. Not to mention their availability for testing was definitely much better than a CVS or a Walgreens (I would've had to wait at least two weeks for a PCR test at either and twice that for an antigen test), which was huge for me. Compared to a places like those, I may have had to pay up front, but these guys will provide you with everything you need to know in order to file a claim with your insurance to get reimbursed. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are my go-to for COVID tests now. Safe to say I think I can thank US Specialty Labs for being able to afford last month's rent."

"My cousin and I got the Abbott Now test. The results page provided didn't specify it was a PCR test despite the website claiming it is. We got rejected from our flight because of this and may be out thousands of dollars in reservations at our travel destination for missing our flight. We are poor guys in our mid 20s that have been saving for a trip for a very long time... need I say more?"
